Staying Motivated during Quarantine

It is quite difficult staying in during these unprecedented times especially when we are not certain how long we will be staying in for. I have put together a list of things that have been very helpful to me during this time and I hope it can for you all as well.

Set a Schedule 

Setting a schedule for yourself can be very helpful to keep motivated. Stick to a routine. For me I have been getting up early most mornings and catching the sunrise during runs, showering, dress, then having breakfast. So I highly recommend  keeping active, waking up early, showering, getting dress like you use to when things were normal and having a healthy breakfast. This will surely keeping you motivated and keep things more normal as before.

Keep Active 

Keeping active has tremendously been helpful for me during this time. I run most mornings in the park at 6am when there is barely any one. You can also set up your own little space at home for exercising.  I do my home workout in my own little space using the workout app Fiit which give me a great sweat. I am focusing on my body shape during this time and building some more muscles and butt. I would recommend for those who are not happy with their body shape and structure to use this time to focus on yourself.

Improve Social Relationships with Others 

Living in London is quite a busy lifestyle and we never have the time to catch up with friends we've known for quite a while. However, during this time we find ourselves having a bit more time than usual and some of us are spending more time looking at Netflix or SkyTV. I have been chatting with friends and family almost everyday and building strong bonds with others I haven't seen or spoken to in a while. This helps to relax your mind and make you feel supported by others who are in the same situation. We need to support, encourage, and be there for each other during this time.

Ladies Keep Sexy and Positive

Us lades always dress for each other and love keeping sexy. I tend to dress sexy for myself once a week even when there's no one to dress for. Most importantly remember to sleep well get at least 8 hours of sleep each day and drink lost of water. I hope these tips I've provided helps .
